2009 MTV Europe Music Awards

This year, MTV Europe Music Awards will take place in Berlin, Germany at the brand new, state-of-the-art O2 World. Berlin is Germany’s largest city and it is the second most populous city and the eighth most populous urban area in the European Union.

This year, not only will they be honoring the very best in music as chosen by people, but the awards night will also be a big part of the 20th anniversary of the fall of the Berlin Wall.

The 2009 MTV Europe Music Awards will air live on November 5, 2009. Lady Gaga tops this year nominations with five including Best Female Artist.
